Forum - validation working, form fields not delivered

Hi.
I have just installed a captcha on my guest comment form. Then
validation is working OK, but none of my form fields are transmitted
in the resulting email message.
I have modified the perl script with the code generated from this
site.
Anyone have this kind of trouble before?
