Forum - Please Help me integrate my captcha

Hi, before hand thanks a lot for this service its really great.
I am the webmaster for Babylon-idiomas.com. We use sales for so the
implementation of this captcha was very important.
We have it up and working on all our forms, but now we wanted to
better integrate the captcha into our forms, so the user doesn't have
to leave the site to fill in the captcha.
I read something about xml but I'm still missing a lot of info, if
someone can please refer me to a site or give me some instructions on
how to make this happen I would be very grateful.
