Forum - HELP! SQL error on CAPTCHA image URL

All of a sudden, my CAPTCHAs have stopped working. Upon investigation,
all of my image URLs (such as
http://www.protectwebform.com/image/XXXXX/) are returning SQL errors:
SqlStatement::SqlStatement() -> error in query:
