Only a box with a red 'x' shows up where the CAPTCHA image should be.
I see from previous posts that this issue occurs every few months. |

Just tried to use the contactus form on your site and the captcha

Mine too, any word from the company? Are they trying to fix it? |

Might be time to move to a more reliable solution. If I can't find
anything for free, I'm going to search for a reasonable 'fee-based'
option. |

I've just signed up and followed the instructions to the T. I was
about to pull my hair out trying to figure out why the image wasn't
showing up. I feel better knowing it's not just me but now I'm bummed
cause I still have a spam problem to worry about. I'll look elsewhere
for a more reliable site. |

Yes I have just noted the same problem. This site is normally very
reliable. What has happened and when will it be fixed??? |

If anyone finds a solution that works like this one did, please post
here. |

Well I have found an independant solution which probably works better
than a CAPTCHA. It cost me $45 but hopefully money well spent. It
simply provides encrypted code to replace any vulnerable spammable
coding in your html pages. It seams to work well! : ) Now I just
have the task of editing about 50 forms in 20 websites!

Cheers and good luck. |

Fixed.
We are working to prevent this in future.
Sorry for inconveniences.
