When I click the "LISTEN TO CODE" link to hear the CAPTCHA code, the
WAV file says:
"Some errors occurred while generating the audio file."

Seems that you installed not full version of html code. You need
simply to copy and past all the code from the textarea.
In your case I don't see the javascript which loads the audio file,
so, you get the error.
