Forum - blank page after submitting with Jack's Formmail

I've looked through this forum and can't find a solution for this one.
After submitting I not only get a blank page (browser goes to the php
script file!?) but I'm not receiving the form submission either. PWF
is installed using the method where I add the code to the script file
(not the gateway method, which didn't work either).
Has anyone got PWF to work with Jack's formmail? |
