Forum - Captcha invisible on comments page?

Hi Everyone,
Before, everything is working perfectly fine on our website. Then
after migrating it into another server, suddenly the protectwebform
captcha is not working. I have tried activating then reactivating the
plugin. Deleted and download the script then upload it into the site
again. But to no avail, its still not working. Its a wordpress site
under http://timeandtide.prepys.com and city-girl-10 theme.
Can anyone help me please?
