I've become tired of manually deleting the 20+ spambot posts we've
been getting every day so i am trying your service.

I put the php code where i was instructed to. It sort of works,
because when i submit the form, it gives me the white page that says
the text i entered doesnt match the image. But there is no image or
space to type the code on the page, as you can see. I am not very
experienced with PHP or html. Do you have any idea why it is not
showing up. I don't have a problem with giving ftp access if needed.

You didn't add the html code on your page.
When you click to install the captcha, you need to copy the html code
and paste it in your html file. There is everything described on the
installation page.

I'm having the same problem, but none of the files in my guestbook are
labeled .html (all of them are .php) How do I install the html code
when I don't have an html file?

Thanks

In this case you need to find the place in php files where the html is
generated and protectwebform code to the produced html code.

Could you give me a clue as to what to look for in the file? What
kind of code produces html, and once I find it, who do I add the
protectwebform code?

I've been having similar trouble. I've got the html code in and there
is now a Captcha image and a place to type it in, however, when typed
in correctly it still brings up the page that tells me it is
incorrect. I've tried it plenty of times, just hitting back and
refreshing the page to get a new code.
