Forum - Frontpage Forms

2007-02-05 06:26:55
When using MS Frontpage - there is no url in the html code - it uses
some sort of BOT to derive the resulting URL.

<FORM METHOD="POST" ACTION="--WEBBOT-SELF--" name="Reliability Roadmap
Request" onSubmit="location.href='../_derived/nortbots.htm';return
false;" webbot-onSubmit>

How do I use the gateway code here?

I have the same problem. I can't see how to implement the code in an
MS Frontpage form.

It's pretty quiet here. I have the same question; I'm using FrontPage.

I had the same problem. What you need is a PHP process form, one that
can process your contact page without using a webbot. You can find
all you need to do in this site. It's very simple and it will get you
the url you need to use on the gateway code.

Y'all let me know when you get a solution for this please. Yes Ftpg
uses northbots w/extensions on your site & on your hosting site. I can
imagine that if you put this code into your form (& I really want ot
do this as I am really having form spam problems) that the Submit will
get confused as this creates 2 places it has to get to - yes?
As I said - HELP!
Really thot I had a fix finally - let me know.
Thanks, DAJ

Same problems over here.
The first line of my form are:
<form method="POST" action="/asp/FormMail/FormMail.asp"
onsubmit="return FrontPage_Form1_Validator(this)"

Followed by e-mail adress and a redirect

Don't know what to do. And I thought it would be easy.

I have Frontpage 2002 and have the same problem as "tohanlon"
(ACTION="--WEBBOT-SELF--"). The fix noted from "handyman" only works
for FP2003. Is there anything I can do to make this work???
